Our approach

We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA — the widely used standard for making websites usable by people with visual, hearing, motor, cognitive, and other disabilities. We review the site on an ongoing basis and keep working to improve the experience for everyone.

An ongoing effort

Accessibility is ongoing work, not a one-time fix. We test the site regularly and improve it over time, so some areas may not yet be fully accessible. Content and tools provided by third parties — such as embedded maps, scheduling, or insurance benefit-check tools — may follow different accessibility standards that are outside our control.

If you have trouble using this site

If any part of this website is difficult to use, or you need information in a different format, we want to help. Contact us and we'll get you what you need another way — and use your feedback to keep improving the site. Call or text (917) 830-5787, or email hello@captherapynyc.com. We aim to respond within one business day.

You never have to use a form to reach us. If the contact form or any page is hard to use, you're always welcome to call or text (917) 830-5787 to ask a question or book a free 15-minute consultation directly.
