I work with people who are carrying more than they're letting on: anxiety that's taken over, grief that hasn't had anywhere to go, relationships that are strained, or a sense that they've outgrown how they've been coping. I also work with neurodivergent individuals and couples looking for someone who won't pathologize the way their mind or relationship actually works, teens sorting out identity, families navigating conflict together, and people in the thick of a life transition trying to figure out who they're becoming.

‍

There's no single template I bring into the room -- I lean on body-based, creative, and experiential work alongside talk therapy, moving at the pace of whoever's in front of me, because change isn't only cognitive -- often the nervous system needs to be worked with directly. I center how the coping strategies people come in with usually made sense once, even protected them, and the goal isn't to erase them but to notice when they're no longer needed and what else is possible. My work focuses on how early relationships and attachment patterns show up in the present, including the long reach of early trauma.

I trained as an art therapist at NYU and have spent my career across community mental health, family, and couples settings, which shaped how I think about relationships under stress. I'm currently completing my Somatic Experiencing certification, deepening how I work with the nervous system and the body's role in healing.
