If you have learned to minimize or reshape parts of yourself to feel accepted, I can help you reconnect with and trust your own experience.
I support children, teens, adults, and families navigating anxiety, family stress, identity exploration, relationship challenges, grief, and life transitions. Many of the people I work with feel disconnected from their emotions and needs or caught in familiar patterns. I believe change happens through relationships and we can collaboratively explore how past and present relationships influence the way you see yourself, communicate your needs, and connect with others.
I approach the work with compassionate curiosity, centering the whole person: your history, your body, and your culture. As a first-generation immigrant and neurodivergent clinician, I bring particular attunement to BIPOC and neurodivergent clients, as well as anyone who has felt pressured to explain or minimize parts of themselves.
Therapy with me may include creative arts, mindfulness, and somatic practices alongside talk therapy. These approaches offer different ways to explore your inner world, especially when understanding your patterns has not been enough to change them. Together, we can make sense of what you are carrying, strengthen your connection with yourself, and explore meaningful change.
